Title
Resolution Further amending Resolution No. 891, effective January 1, 2003, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2003 Capital Budget and the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2003 through 2008 Capital Improvement Program," by deleting "Allegheny Roadway Improvements" by $113,000, and creating "Bloomfield Preservation & Heritage Society" in the amount of $40,000 and "Schenley Plaza Modifications" in the amount of $73,000.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 891, effective January 1, 2003, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 891, effective January 1, 2003, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
