Resolution providing for a professional services agreement or agreements with Howard Hanna Real Estate for the performance of real estate sales and services for the twelve month period ending December 2004, at a cost not to exceed all necessary and incidental expenses including a 6% commission based upon sale price – with a minimum cost not to be less than Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per sale, chargeable to and payable from Special Trust Fund - Three Taxing Bodies.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Howard Hanna Real Estate for the performance of real estate sales and services for the twelve month period ending December 2004, at a cost not to exceed all necessary and incidental expenses including a 6% commission based upon sale price – with a minimum cost not to be less than Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per sale, chargeable to and payable from Special Trust Fund - Three Taxing Bodies.
