Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00) in favor Paulette Collins and her attorneys Caputo Law Firm, 801 Vinial Street, Third Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 10-021263 and charging same to  11101.58.58105.108000.2017; Item Number 582200.
