Resolution vacating Antler Way between South Highland Avenue and Sheridan Square in the 8th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on Antler Way in the 8th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City Of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. ALL that certain parcel of land being a portion of Antler Way, a variable width public right of way; Said right of way being situate in the 8th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and being more particularly described as follows is hereby vacated:
BEGINNING at a point at the northeasterly corner of the intersection of Penn Avenue, a 100 foot public right of way, and South Highland Avenue, a 60 foot public right of way; Said point also being the northwesterly corner of Lot 1 in the Levi Wilsons Plan of Lots as recorded in Plan Book Volume 5, page 140 in the office of the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate; Thence along the easterly line of South Highland Avenue the following course and distance; South 7 degrees 49 minutes 11 seconds West, 106.07 feet to the true point of beginning; Said point also being the northeasterly corner of the intersection of South Highland Avenue and Antler Way, a variable width public right of way and the southwesterly corner of said Lot 1 in said Levi Wilsons Plan; Thence along the northerly line of Antler Way ...
