THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map Nos. 13 & 18 of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.

From P, Parks and, to H, Hillside, all property designated as 57-H-110.

From P, Parks, RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, and AP, Mixed-Use Planned District, to RM-H, Residential Multi-Unit High Density, all properties designated as 56-S-60, 56-S-75, 56-S-80, 56-M-250, 89-J-20, 89-J-30, 89-N-10, 89-N-12, 89-N-14, 89-K-130, 89-K-120, 89-F-180, 89-F-176, 89-F-170, 89-F-165, 89-F-160, 89-K-156, 89-K-140, and 57-H-100.

From P, Parks, RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to R1D-L, Residential Single-Unit Detached Low Density, all certain property bounded by Johnston Avenue, 89-K-9, 89-K-7, 89-K-5, 89-K-3, 89-K-17, 89-P-19, 89-P-21, 89-P-25, Rivermont Drive, and 89-N-25.

From P, Parks, and RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to EMI, Educational Medical Institutional, all certain property designated as 89-J-125.

From P, Parks, to R1A-H, Residential Single-Unit Attached High Density, all certain property bounded by Alluvian, 57-G-342, 57-G-341, 57-H-9, 57-H-10, 57-H-11, 57-H-7, 57-H-5, 57-H-8, 57-H-25, 57-G-366, and 57-G-999.
