Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of The Allegheny County Bureau of Elections, 604 County Office Building, Suite 604, 542 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-2953 in the amount of $56,258.07 in payment for costs associated with the Special Election held on February 27, 2001 to fill the vacancy of Council District #4, chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Org 101200, SubClass 010, Account 511000, Budget Year 2001.
