Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Council of the City of Pittsburgh respectfully requests the County of Allegheny enact an ordinance similar to the newly enacted City of Pittsburgh Ordinance banning the sale of spray paint containers, indelible markers or etching products to minors.
