Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the total amount of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars from the Office of Municipal Investigation's Miscellaneous Services Account, Organization Code: 108800, Account: 526100, Fund: 1000, Sub: 150, Budget Year: 2005 Amount: $30,000.00 to the Department of Public Works Environmental Services Miscellaneous Services Account, Organization Code: 431000, Account: 526100, Fund: 1000, Sub: 150, Budget Year: 2005 Amount: $30,000.00
