Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Safety and/or the Director of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, for the purchase of fire hose and SCBA parts.  The total shall not exceed Seventy Thousand dollars ($70,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 500000, Fund 2610, Organization 200000, Sub-Class C2006, Budget Year 2006, Project/Grant #2267075, Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
