Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of General Services are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Contract or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) for the purchase of video equipment and related accessories for the Bureau of Police at a cost not to exceed Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 2443, Org. No. 230000, Subclass 600 Account 543000, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
