Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with DELTAWRX to conduct a public safety technology assessment and prepare an investment roadmap for the City of Pittsburgh and providing for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed $189,888.00 chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards Account: 11101.53.53901.102200.2018.
