Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.

Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from  RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit, Moderate Density District, to UI, Urban Industrial District certain property bounded by Broadhead Fording Road on the southeasterly side, Mazette Road on the southwesterly side and Beechnut Drive on the northwesterly side and  identified as Block No. 70-E, lots numbered 300, 325, and 375 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System; and Block No. 107-H, lot number 100 in the aforesaid system.
