Resolution granting unto Heartland Restaurant Group, LLC, 115 Federal Street, Suite 210, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 (Dunkin Donuts), their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, awnings, lighting and business identification signs over the sidewalk areas of 119 Forbes Avenue and Market Place in the 1st Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the Heartland Restaurant group, LLC, 115 Federal Street, Suite 210, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 (Dunkin Donuts), their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense,
1). Awnings-two (2) canvas/vinyl awnings, 27' and 42' in length extending 3' out from face of building, 8'9” up over the 9' sidewalk on Forbes Avenue and the 13' 9” sidewalk on Market Place
2). Gooseneck Light Fixtures Eight(8) Extending 2'3” out from the face of building, 12' 1” up over the sidewalk areas of Forbes Avenue and Market Place.
3). Business Identification Sign Blade” double sided illuminated 2'4” x 1'± sigh extending 3'2” out from the face of building, 10' up over the sidewalk area of Forbes Avenue.
4). Business Identification Signs- extending approximately 1' out from building 12' 11” over the sidewalk areas of Forbes Avenue and Market Place in the 1st Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-663 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and ...
