Resolution granting unto Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, 925 Liberty Avenue, 4th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, three parking garage wayfinding screens on the sidewalk area on Fort Duquesne Boulevard in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
That Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, 925 Liberty Avenue, 4th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, as a pilot program, three (3) illuminated wayfinding screens mounted directly onto three (3) City of Pittsburgh light poles on the sidewalk area of Fort Duquesne Boulevard; adjacent to County lot and blocks 8-5-10 (at 6th) 8-5-122 (at 7th;) and 9-N-198 (between 8th and 9th). Each unit will be mounted to light poles by rubber cushioned u bolts with a steel plate behind; forty by twenty-four inches (40" x 24"), ten feet (10') up from the sidewalk areas, per Exhibit A, at Fort Duquesne Boulevard in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-817 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
