Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-19951, from Golden Shamrock Corporation, 4268 Verona Road, Verona, PA 15147 to R & G, Inc., c/o Richard J. Krist , President, 314 Avonworth Heights Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, for the premises, located at 2023 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 known as Rick's Bar Lefty's Bar in the Strip, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

SECTION 2. Request for Approval

R & G, Inc., c/o Richard J. Krist, President, which has a mailing address of 314 Avonworth Heights Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-19951, which is currently registered to Golden Shamrock Corporation, 4268 Verona Road, Verona, PA 15147, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into premises known and numbered as 2023 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The proposed interior of the premises is space for the restaurant/tavern business which will be a sports bar.

SECTION 3. Public Hearing

City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning R & G, Inc., c/o Richard J. Krist's intent to the above liquor l...
