Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with TEN for services related to surveying the City’s existing streetlight conditions and converting existing HPS cobra head streetlights to LED streetlights for the LED Streetlight Conversion project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Sixteen Million Dollars ($16,000,000.00).
