Resolution providing for a Contract or Agreement or the use of existing Contracts or Agreements to purchase Heart Monitors and other equipment for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, at a total cost not to exceed $80,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of General Services or the Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Contracts or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor to purchase Heart Monitors and other medical equipment for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services. Total cost shall not exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Organization Code 220000, Fund 5100, Account 540100, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project 2267238, Budget Year 2003.
