Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and City Solicitor are hereby authorized and directed to submit to the Pennsylvania Gaming Commission a proposal seeking to procure a license to operate a slots only parlor within the City to benefit the residents of the City of Pittsburgh.
