Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1. Pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to accept a donation from Community Family Advocates in the amount of Four Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred dollars ($483,300.00) to support the City of Pittsburgh’s co-response and downtown policing programs. Donated monies shall be deposited into the General Fund, account 11101.210000.48106.
