Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $23,289.00 warrant in favor of The Port Authority of Allegheny County c/o Colin Meneely, Esquire, Heinz 57 Center, 3^rd Floor, 345 Sixth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-2527, in settlement for personal injuries and damages due to a City EMS vehicle, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2008.
