WHEREAS, the Goodall Family is a shining example or volunteerism; and
WHEREAS, Rich Sr. and daughter-in-law, Theresa, volunteer as drivers for the Arlington Meals On Wheels Program, as well as, serving on the Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, Rich Jr. is also a driver and Rich and Theresa's children, Matt, Sara and Zack, volunteer for the home delivery program during school breaks, college breaks and during the summer; and
WHEREAS, Rich Sr. also serves on the board of The Lion's Club; and
WHEREAS, wife, mother and grandmother, Bernice, volunteers with the Hilltop Health Ministries; and
WHEREAS, the neighborhood of Arlington is a better place because of these efforts;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and thank the Goodall Family for all they do for the residents of Arlington and the City of Pittsburgh.
