Be It Resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of One Hundred Forty-five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($145,000.00), in favor of Tara Clanagan, c/o Jason Matzus, Esquire, Gismondi & Associates, The Grant Building, 310 Grant Street, Suite 700, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh and Dustin Rummel from direct liability in any and all claims in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania filed at GD 12-021607, and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2014.
