Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, in connection with the design of improvements to Schenley Plaza, at a cost not to exceed $73,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
