Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the American Immigration Council and Welcoming America in order to receive a grant award of a customized research brief that highlights the demographic and economic impact of immigrant and refugee communities on Pittsburgh. In addition to the customized research report, the City of Pittsburgh will also receive a Welcoming Network general membership. There will be no monetary component to this grant.
