Title
Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into agreements in individual amounts of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or less with performers, instructors, artists and persons with specialized skills in connection with the Department's recreational and instructional programs.


Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, for the calendar year 2011, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in individual amounts of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or less with performers, instructors, artists and persons with specialized skills in connection with the Department's recreational and instructional programs.


Section 2.
