Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements by and between the City of Pittsburgh, The R.W. Beck Company, a management and technical expert of solid waste, to assist the city in the preparation of its proposal for solid waste collection and providing for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed one hundred ten thousand ($110,000.00) dollars.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for contracting of the R.W. Beck Company to assist the City with implementing specific solid waste management according to the City's Recovery Plan. Specifically, R.W. Beck will assist City Staff in the preparation of its proposal / scope of services for servicing Ten (10) percent of the City's refuse collection routes that will be competitively procured through a managed competition program. Total cost not to exceed One Hundred Ten Thousand ($110,000) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Miscellaneous Service Account, Fund 1000, Account 523200, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2005, Org 430000 within the Bureau of Environmental Services.
