Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a five year Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for Winter Traffic Services, for the period beginning October 15, 2021 and ending April 30, 2026, providing winter maintenance of State roads within City limits.
