Resolution respectfully requesting that the County of Allegheny hereby enact an ordinance similar to the newly enacted City of Pittsburgh Ordinance banning the sale of spray paint containers, indelible markers or etching products to minors.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Council of the City of Pittsburgh respectfully request that the County of Allegheny hereby enact an ordinance similar to the newly enacted City of Pittsburgh Ordinance banning the sale of spray paint containers, indelible markers or etching products to minors.
