Resolution authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements, providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Six Million Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Two Dollars ($6,219,502.00) dollars to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the purchase of vehicles, equipment and vehicle accessories for use by the City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements for the purchase of vehicles, equipment and vehicle accessories for use by the City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities in an amount not to exceed Six Million Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Two Dollars ($6,219,502.00) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
$1,219,502 payable from Account 11101.57.57531.210000.2014
$5,000,000 payable from Account 2014 Capital: 8425589914.50000.00
