Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Acting Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a temporary Contract or Contracts beginning January 1, 2006 and ending March 31, 2006 in a form approved by the City Solicitor:  UPMC Workpartners shall engage in the clean-up and correction of claims management data under the City's Workers' Compensation at a cost not to exceed $75,000 (Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars)chargeable and payable from Code Account 44-9, Worker's Compensation Program Medical/Administration, Index Code 004499, Account 574300, Fund 1000, Organization 999300, Sub Class 040, and Budget Year 2005  2006, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
