Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $1000.00 from Fund 1000, City Clerk (Organization 101200), Miscellaneous Services (Subclass 150), Budget Year 2002, Account 526110, to Fund 1000, Parks and Recreation (Organization 500000), General Fund Grants (Subclass 300), Budget Year 2002, Account 566100.
