Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of PulsePoint Foundation, PO Box 12594, Pleasanton, CA 94588, in an amount not to exceed SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($6,000.00), for the City’s share of the license fee for the annual renewal of the PulsePoint emergency services application.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of PulsePoint Foundation, PO Box 12594, Pleasanton, CA 94588, in an amount not to exceed SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($6,000.00), for the City’s share of the license fee for the annual renewal of the PulsePoint emergency services application. Funds are chargeable to and payable from the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services general fund, JDE Account 11101.220000.53.53509.2026.
