Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Tree Pittsburgh to conduct urban forestry programming in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), chargeable and payable from the Grant Trust Fund job number 4029400461.53901.00.

 

Section 2.  The Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
