Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, and Zoning District Map No's 11 and 12 by changing various zoning district classifications in the North Oakland, Bloomfield, Friendship, Shadyside and East Liberty neighborhoods as a function of the Baum - Centre Corridor Planning Initiative.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No.'s 11 and 12 of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.

1. From H, Hillside to UI, Urban Industrial all certain property bounded by 16-L-68, Gold Way, 28-L-70 and North Craig Street.

2. From PO, Parks and Open Space to H, Hillside all certain property bounded by 26-M-160 and 26-S-275

3. From UI, Urban Industrial to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial all certain property identified as 51-N-182.

4. From UI, Urban Industrial to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial all certain property bounded by 51-N-192, South Millvale Avenue, 51-N-218 and Centre Avenue.

5. From RM-H, Residential Multi-Unit High Density to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial all certain property bounded by 51-N-223, 51-N-225, 51-N-227, 51-N-229, 51-N-231, 51-N-233, 51-N-237, 51-N-239 and Centre Avenue.

6. From RM-H, Residential Multi-Unit High Density to RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density all certain property bounded by Centre Avenue, 51-N-254, 51-N-260, Devonshire Street, 51-N-284, 51-N-294, 51-N-300, 52-A-8, 52-A-13 and 52-A-20.
