Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1  The Mayor and the City Controller are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase of computer equipment for the City Controller's Office, in an amount not to exceed twelve thousand dollars ($12,000.00) chargeable and payable from Account 542700 Fund 1000 Organization 106000 Sub Class 120 Budget Year 2001.
