Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a professional services agreement or agreements with Leidos Security Detection & Automation, Inc. for equipment maintenance services to the City’s x-ray security systems at an overall cost not to exceed Fifty-Two Thousand Dollars ($52,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a professional services agreement or agreements with Leidos Security Detection & Automation, Inc. for equipment maintenance services to the City’s x-ray security systems at an overall cost not to exceed Fifty-Two Thousand Dollars ($52,000), chargeable to and payable from the following account numbers and subject to City Council appropriation in corresponding future budget years:
