Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Finance are authorized to enter into a contract or agreement with Clark Hill to represent the City as Bond Counsel for the purpose of rendering any and all necessary opinions with respect to the Bonds and preparing such additional documents as may be necessary. Said contract or agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor, at a cost not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) plus customary out-of-pocket expenditures, advertising costs, and DCED filing which shall not exceed Six Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($6,125.00). Charges shall be paid using proceeds from the debt issuance.
