Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 148 effective March 14, 2003, which presently reads as follows:

"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $850,000, $750,000, chargeable to and payable from 2002 "Department of City Planning", Trail & Bike Route Development Program, 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205904-2002 and $100,000, chargeable to and payable from 2002 "Mayor's Office", Trail Expansion - Mayor's Supplement, 500000-2610-102000-C2002-2267195-2002."

Is amended to read as follows:


The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $861,000, $761,000, chargeable to and payable from 2002 "Department of City Planning", Trail & Bike Route Development Program, 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205904-2002 and $100,000, chargeable to and payable from 2002 "...
