BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Resolution No. 185, effective April 2, 2002, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations, for operational/administrative and various other expenses at a cost not to exceed $141,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Parks and Recreation's General Fund Grant Account (Parks Grants)" is hereby further amended by making various changes and adding Catholic Charities $2,000, Beltzhoover Baseball $1,000, # 4 Block Club $1,000 and Oakland Business Improvement District $1,000, increasing the total amount from $155,000.00 to $160,000.00 , as follows:



SECTION 2. The Director of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment and/or minor rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, and further, authorizing various City departments to enter into contract(s) or use existing contract(s) for the purchase and installation of equipment and/or furniture at a cost not to exceed $160,000.00 , chargeable to and p...
