Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      That Section 1 of Resolution No. 58, approved by City Council on February 12, 2002, is hereby amended as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements in an amount not to exceed Four Million Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand ($4,225,000) Three Million Five Hundred Thousand ($3,500,000) Dollars from Organization:  840000, Fund: 5100, Account:  595000, Sub Class:  PGHPR, Project:  2255899, Budget Year:  2002, Capital Equipment Acquisition with the Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing authority for the purchase of vehicles, radios and equipment for use by City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities.
