Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, & Right of Way phases of the Swindell Bridge construction project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($4,585,000.00), an increase of Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($785,000.00) from the previously executed agreement (54006.2); reimbursable at ninety five percent;
