Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an agreement or agreements with Cover Your Assets, LLC, at a cost not to exceed $175,000.00.
Body
WHEREAS, the City previously entered into a similar agreement with Cover Your Assets, LLC, as authorized by Council Resolution No. 640 of 2013 (effective October 1, 2013), with said agreement set to expire on October 31, 2014.
 
WHEREAS, the City now seeks to enter into a new agreement with Cover Your Assets, LLC in order to continue to receive computer-based products and services relating to scheduling management, particularly with regard to the scheduling of the Department of Public Safety's Secondary Employment and Special Events.
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements with Cover Your Assets, LLC, to provide the City with computer-based products and services relating to scheduling management at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($175,000.00).  Such amount shall be payable from the Police Secondary Employment Trust Fund as follows:
