Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into contract or contracts, or use of existing contract or contracts, or agreement or agreements, to purchase one vehicle and related accessories, including telecommunications equipment and extended service warranties and associated expenses for Witness Protection, Bureau of Police.  The total cost shall not exceed Thirty Seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000) chargeable to and payable from the Witness Protection Trust Fund.
