Title

Resolution providing for a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh for the administration and implementation of the "Central Relocation Agency" at a cost not to exceed $365,000.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, for the administration and implementation of the "Central Relocation Agency" at a cost not to exceed $365,000, chargeable to and payable from the 2003 CDBG Program, "Central Relocation Agency," Account #566402, Fund #2610, Organization #810000, Subclass C-2003, Project #2215888, Budget Year 2003.
