WHEREAS, Bruce Fletcher celebrated thirty-seven years of employment on September 8, 2008 with Chester Engineers and is currently serving as Executive Vice President; and
WHEREAS, Chester Engineers, a member of the ATS Group, is a leader in providing water, wastewater and environmental solutions to public and industrial clients worldwide. Headquartered in Moon Township, PA, Chester Engineers has offices located around the United States; and
WHEREAS, Bruce will be celebrating his Sixty-Fifth birthday on October 4, 2008; and
WHEREAS, Bruce has earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Geneva College in Engineering and Masters degrees at West Virginia University in Civil Engineering and also at Robert Morris College in Business Administration; and
WHEREAS, Bruce has one daughter, Lynne Colaizzi and her husband, his son-in-law, Dave Colaizzi; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh congratulates Bruce Fletcher for celebrating 37 years with Chester Engineers and on his 65th Birthday
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby proclaim Saturday, October 4, 2008 "Bruce Fletcher Day" in the City of Pittsburgh.
