Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with IIA Lifting Services for services relating to the testing and inspection of ground ladders for a sum not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), subject to appropriation by City Council in future budget years.

 

Funds shall be paid from the following JDE accounts:

 

$30,000 from 11101.250000.56.56151.2025

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
