Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 488, effective January 1, 2002, as amended, entitled: “Adopting and approving the 2002 Capital Budget and the 2002 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2002 through 2006 Capital Improvement Program,” by adjusting various line items in accordance with comprehensive capital budget amendments.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 488, effective January 1, 2002, as amended entitled: “Adopting and approving the 2002 Capital Budget and the 2006 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2002 through 2006 Capital Improvement Program,” is hereby amended by realigning funds between various projects as shown in Attachment A and Attachment B.
