Resolution providing for an Agreement(s) with Just Mediation Pittsburgh to provide information about the Commission on Human Relations’ work and fair housing laws to the landlords and tenants they see for mediation at a cost not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) initially and the option to renew for one additional year with a maximum total not-to-exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) over Two (2) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) with Just Mediation Pittsburgh to provide information about the Commission on Human Relations’ work and fair housing laws to the landlords and tenants they see for mediation at a cost not-to-exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) initially and the option to renew for one additional year with a maximum total not-to-exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) over Two (2) years; chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
