Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of a single payment in 2024 to the Allegheny County Health Department at a cost not to exceed EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($8,000.00) Dollars in full and final settlement of enforcement proceedings filed at ASB-21-1103 from PLI Account Code 11101.130000.53.53517.2024.
