Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of City Information Systems on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement(s), Professional Service Agreement(s), and/or Contract(s) or use existing Agreement(s), Professional Service Agreement(s), and/or Contract(s) for Information Systems Modernization to include upgrades to the City's existing information system infrastructure regarding the continued enhancements of the City's Public Safety systems, code enforcement, disruptive properties, disaster recovery, mobile data computers, enhancements of the Automated Police Reporting Systems, and upgrade to digital public safety radio systems, the purchase of equipment, supplies, communication, hardware, software, training, professional services, and maintenance at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) chargeable to and payable from Account 525100, Fund 6100, Organization 102000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2261555, Budget Year 2009, Mayor's Office, City Information Systems.
